I have a holistic approach to one´s well-being and happiness. While my education background is psychodynamic and systemic, I have also been influenced by the Japanese philosophy of ikigai.
What techniques are used?
I use the Enneagram for personality discovery, coaching techniques focusing on the individual’s strengths. I use mindfulness and positive psychology exercises and the 9 Step Method.
When & where do the calls take place?
We will schedule our sessions together, taking into account our time difference and use zoom. All calls are confidential and privacy and safety are ensured.
